largest privately owned shipyard in Taiwan. Fong Kuo's present newshipbuilding,

to Ching Fu's main slipway where it will be completed by a combined Ching Fu and

was elected CEO and President of Fong Kuo Shipbuilding. Mr. Steve Chen is currently
the President and founder of WeeLee International Co., Ltd, and WeeLee Panama
Co. S.A. He is also the vice-general manager of the Fong Seong Fishing Fleet.
