| Ching Fu Shipbuilding is equiped
with the leading cutting edge technology CNC Cutting Machine, the
Water - Injection Plasma Cutting System ESAB ESP - 600 C. This high
power plasma cutting system can be used for all electrically conductive
materials up to 50 mm (75 mm without hole piercing) cutting thickness
by means of the water-injection system. For this cutting range nitrogen
is used as carrier gas. Economically cutting of mild steel can be
achieved with nitrogen as well as with oxygen. In comparison to the
conventional flame cutting of thin material, the cutting speed with
water-injection plasma is more than 6 times faster. Pollution is minimized
by utilizing the water muffler around the torch and cutting under
water on the water table. Cutting on, in and under water can be performed.
The reliable machine cutting torch secures highest cutting quality.
The water-injection system guarantees a long service life of consumables.
Our NUPAS-CadMatic system can directly link and feed the necessary
information to our CNC cutting machine, for precise steel plate
cutting. |
